What is Life Coaching?

 

Life coaching helps you get out of your own way. Starting at baseline, a life coach helps you to move forward and meet goals that may seem out of reach. Whether you are dealing with a loss, the end of a relationship, or just lack vision on being the best version of yourself, a life coach will help you push past the barriers you set up for yourself and instead realize your strength and passions. Life coaching is not therapy. When you are low functioning, a psychologist, therapist, or counselor are better suited for major trauma and issues. Rather, a life coach may initially revisit your past but empower you to regroup and tap into your full potential to meet goals for now and in the future.
