10 Week Core & Bracing Program
If you want to strengthen your core, improve your core endurance under heavy loads, strengthen your back & glutes, bulletproof your midline, and stay injury free, join the program!
Even if you live & workout out of state, don't workout at all, or workout at home, this will supplement what you are already doing or help kickstart you starting.
Level1: Great for those new to fitness as well as those who have been doing fitness for some time. Great for those with back issues and shoulder issues too!
Level2: Once graduating from the Level 1 program, the level 2 will not only build on the core strength you’ve learned in level 1, but also incorporate handstand work and kipping. Great for CrossFitters and those who have access to a gym.
The hard work I will expect from you each week will be:
*3x/week remote programming and should take approximately 10-20 minutes of your time to complete each day.
*You will get all the details, single video explanations, video of each days full movement to be able to perform “alongside me”, etc so you are able to do so from anywhere.
*Zero to minimal equipment is needed.
*Weekly check-ins with me to discuss progress is also included.
*10 weeks and lifetime access to the program so you can use it again and again!
Cost:
Level 1: $100 for ten weeks. That is $10/week and $3/workout!
Level 2: $150 for ten weeks. That is $15/week and $5/workout!
