Mission

Tina's mission is to help all people navigate through life’s ups and downs, and help them get out of their own way when it comes to achieving goals.

This includes:

  • Fitness, relationships, self-love, confidence, and trauma. 

    • For fitness, she helps retired athletes through their journey post-athletics,  as well as those looking to add fitness to their routine regularly or for the first time ever.

    • She helps individuals and teams reach their true potential and winning mindset.

    • For relationship with self and others, she helps clients get out of their own head, learn to love themselves and then give love to others.

    • For confidence, she helps people write a new story and see their full potential.

    • For trauma, she helps clients feel heard. No matter what the situation, trauma is never the same, and the way clients deal with it shouldn’t be treated that way.
